On examining the application, it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted feasibility/technical report regarding achieving of revised emission standards as per MOef&CC notification dated 16.05.2023, by the 08 TPH boiler and thermopac installed in its premises.
2. The industry has not submitted calculation of proposed water consumption and discharges vi ins-a-vis proposed productions, liquor ratio, no of lots, RFD etc. Moreover, industry has proposed multiple products like PC, cotton, polyester and yarn dyeing. Industry to justify production and corresponding waste water generation with machinery installed in its premises. ........
