During scrutiny of the case, the following points have been observed:
1. The industry submitted a Chartered Accountant (CA) certificate dated 31.03.2021 showing fixed assets worth ₹1207.12 crore. As per the latest CA certificate dated 31.03.2025, the fixed assets are ₹1479.43 crore. Thus, there is an increase of ₹272.31 crore. Accordingly, the industry is required to deposit the applicable NOC fee on the increased assets, amounting to ₹2,82,000/-.
2. The industry has not submitted details/documents explaining the increase in fixed assets of ₹272.31 crore.
