In this regard, it is submitted that the earlier industry was granted Consent to operate for operation of boiler of 3 TPH steam generation capacity, but now the unit has applied for operation of boiler of 5 TPH steam generation capacity. The industry has submitted feasibility report for the boiler of 5 TPH and its APCD. Industry has also submitted copy of completion its APCD along with the feasibility report (copy attached). From the perusal of the feasibility report the APCD seems to be capable to control the fuel emission as per prescribed standards. The industry has not installed any new machinery in its premises and the wastewater generation is also the under the consented capacity from which it is evident that there is no increase in the production capacity of the.
