It is respectfully submitted that the project proponent has furnished a detailed plot-wise calculation of the built-up area in accordance with the approved layout plan dated 14.09.2023, along with the Field Area Ratio (FAR) as per the approved zoning plan issued by the competent authority (copy attached).
As per the report submitted by the applicant, the built-up area of individual plots is below 20,000 sq. m., and the cumulative built-up area of the entire colony is less than 1,50,000 sq. m. Therefore, the project does not fall under the purview of the EIA Notification, 2006.
