| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has mentioned the land on lease in the project report; however, it has not submitted the lease deed.
2. The value of plant & machinery is Rs. 500.00 lacs. As such, the industry is required to apply under small scale.
3. The project report submitted by the industry is not duly prepared by the Chartered Accountant.
4. The industry has not submitted the authority letter in the name of Sh. Mohit Gupta, Partner.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
