Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that the application of project proponent for obtaining ‘Consent to Establish’ (NOC) under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry with usual conditions and special condition that the project proponent will be bound to obtain the Environmental Clearance under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 , if will applicable on it and will not do any activity other than plantation in the area reserved for plantation for disposal of treated effluent.
