The pointwise reply of the SCN in light of reply of the PP has been given by the AEE.
As per the above report of AEE, the proposed colony site was found suitable in accordance with the criteria prescribed by the Government of Punjab, Department of Science, Technology & Environment vide Notification No. 3/6/07/STE(4)/2274 dated 25.07.2008, as amended on 30.10.2009. Further the Colony has also applied with SEIAA for EC and comments already sent . Submitted for grant of CTE with usual conditions , plz. |
