Sir, kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the note of AEE, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of a commercial colony having commercial Plots @ 144 numbers may be granted to the Project Proponent for 03 years with suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. |
