It is submitted that the application has been scrutinized and observed that the industry was found violating the provision of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and issued a notice u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of Air Act, 1981 and show cause notice before revocation of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 has been issued to the industry with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer (B) on 08.08.2025. wherein, as per decision serial no. 2 & 3 i.e., 2. The industry shall make the compliance of the SOPs issued by CPCB. 3. The industry shall furnish a bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 4.0 lakh as an assurance for ensuring continuous compliance with the prescribed environmental norms and the compliance of SOP issued by CPCB. The industry required to clarify the observation within 02 days, but no reply has been received so far.
Keeping in view of above, the incomplete application is being returned with suggestions to resubmit the complete application within 07 days.
