It is submitted that upon scrutiny of the application, it has been observed that the industry has not submitted documentary proof of the APCD proposed for the control of dust emissions. The industry is required to submit details of the APCD along with supporting documents in this regard. The industry required to clarify the observation within 02 days, but no reply has been received so far.
Keeping in view of above, the incomplete application is being returned with suggestions to resubmit the complete application within 07 days.
