It is submitted that the project proponent has applied for obtaining consent to establish/NOC for the establishment of Hotel cum Banquet Hall having 1 Banquet Hall of capacity 600 person and 52 Rooms with requisite documents. The project proponent has deposited NOC fee of Rs. Rs. 43200/- through online vide UTR no. 371226764 dated 01.01.2026 for proposed project cost of Rs. 1285 Lacs, under orange category which is adequate.
The PP has submitted CLU duly approved by STP, Bathinda vide no. 1119 dt. 25.08.2025.
The PP has submitted approved building plan from STP, Bathinda vide no. 1119 HZBP-BTI/STP(B) dt. 25.08.2025. As per the approved building plan total built up area of the project is 6937.89 sq meter, which is less than 20,000 sq meter, hence project is not covered under EIA notification 2006.
The PP has submitted registered sale deed of area 59 Kanal 12.5 Marla on the name of the firm.
The PP has submitted Feasibility report mentioning generation of domestic effluent @ 28 KLD and has proposed to install STP of capacity 50 KLD, which is adequate in principle. The project proponent has proposed to utilize part of the treated effluent i.e. 13 KLD for flushing through dual plumbing system, 15 KLD for Green belt / landscape irrigation.
The project proponent has proposed to install Compost pit for the in-house management of wet waste and has proposed to lift dry waste to the authorized vender of MC, Rampura.
The site of the PP was visited by AEE of this office on 08.01.2026 and it was observed as under: -
1. The hotel is situated at Goniana Bathinda road. Presently site is a vacant plot and construction of boundary is going on at site.
2. The project proponent has proposed to install 03 no. DG sets of capacity 320 KVA, 250 KVA and 160 KVA with canopies as well as adequate stack height.
3. The PP has proposed to provide hoods in the kitchen section.
4. The hotel has submitted the compliance report of mechanism / guidelines issued vide Board's Office order no. 64 dated 02.02.2021 (copy enclosed).
Keeping in view of above it is recommended that the application submitted by the PP may be considered and the PP may be granted of the Consent to establish/NOC for the project for the establishment of Hotel cum Banquet Hall having 1 Banquet Hall of capacity 600 person and 52 Rooms with validity for 1 year, with suitable conditions along with suitable conditions
