It is submitted that the project proponent has applied fresh Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Machines/Parts of Grain storage silos & Accessories, Walkway/Catwalk Material/ Structure Material/ Flooring Sheets, Platform Material/Tower Material Etc. @ 52 No./day under small scale and white category along with requisite documents.
The project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 80.09 lakh. As per policy of the Board no consent fee has been imposed for White Category project.
The project proponent has submitted rent agreement executed on 20.12.2024 between Mr. Nalin Mehta and M/s GI Agro System.
The project proponent has submitted GST certificate as per which Anil Bali is the proprietor of the industry.
The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from the competent person under Factory Act.
The site was visited by the officer of the Board on 08.01.2026 and during visit it was observed as under:
1. The industry was in operation.
2. The industry is engaged in manufacturing Machines/Parts of Grain storage silos & Accessories, Walkway/Catwalk Material/ Structure Material/ Flooring Sheets, Platform Material/Tower Material.
3. No air polluting process has been installed the premises except DG set.
4. No trade effluent is being generated from the process. The domestic effluent generated from the industry and the same disposed off into PSIEC sewer.
5. The project proponent has installed 1 no. DG set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy.
In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted till 31.12.2030 with suitable and additional conditions:
1. The industry shall not carry out any activity in its premise, which can change the category of unit from White to Green/Orange/Red, without prior permission from PPCB.
2. The industry shall not discharge any effluent at any time or any other unauthorized place by any unauthorized means.
3. The industry shall not generate any trade effluent in its premises.
4. The industry shall not install any boiler, furnace or any other air polluting process without obtaining prior consent of the Board.
5. The industry shall ensure the compliance of provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to him and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time.
