It is submitted that the industry has submitted written reply that they have increased effluent storage tank from 1000 to 2000 ltr.. They will lift water in quantities of 1000 Ltrs 2-3 Times in a month so that tank can restore sufficient water in case of delay in lifting. They have installed CCTV's which are now in working condition and a display screen has been also installed. All the old bags have been removed from premises and working area is cleaned now. Photographs are attached for reference.
In view of above it is recommended the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special conditions that:-
1. The industry will be only disposing its trade effluent to CETP operator.
2. The industry will submit the record on monthly basis to Board.
3. The industry shall ensure that the lifting shall be made at least 2-3 times in a month.
