The project proponent has already been granted Consent to Establish by the Board for development of the project in an area of 35.900 acres (287 Karnal 4 Marlas) with 120 plots, 01 community centre, 01 school and 01 EWS site, 06 parks having an area of 17935.48 sq. yards......................
The said consent was granted as per decision of CEE(L) taken in the hearing afforded to the project proponent before refusal of the Consent to Establish (CTE) applied by the project proponent on 16.09.2024.....................
Now the project proponent has applied for CTE for the same area with 123 no. of plots..................
Thus, more or less this is the same project for which CTE has been granted by the Board earlier..........
Recommended to grant of CTE for one year with usual condition and a special condition that the project proponent shall not carryout any construction activities till it obtain EC from SEIAA, Punjab.
