In view of the above, if approved, consents to operate under both the Acts for production of Ice Cream & Ice Candies @ 1.6 MTD, Kheer/Khoya/Kaju Pinni/Sweets etc. @ 0.7 MTD and Sterilized Flavored Milk @ 2 MTD may be renewed upto 10/02/2026 subject to the general conditions and additional conditions and one of the additional condition that In case the timeline for operation of industry in non-designated area is not extended by the Deptt. of Town & Country Planning, Govt. of Punjab beyond 10/02/2026 or the spot zoning regarding allowing the industry to carryout its existing operations is not done by the said Department by 10/02/2026 then the industry will be bound to shift its unit to the designated area/ zone and no further extension in consents to operate will be given to the industry. The Board will not responsible for any financial liability arising due to non- operation of the industry at the existing site i.e. in non-designated area.
