It is submitted that the report was taken from RO and vide email dt 9.1.2026 , RO has intimated that industry generates trade effluent @ 290 KLD which is discharged onto land for plantation after treatment . The industry has provided 11 acres land for plantation for disposing of treated trade effluent which is adequate for disposal. During the visit plantation area was found well maintained.Aprt from above, the industry has applied for renewal of authorization vide application no. 30874539 under HWM Rules, 2016 and the same is under scrutiny stage.
