It is submitted that the total treated wastewater generated of the project will be 65 KLD, which will be utilized for flushing purpose, in green areas and excess will be discharged into MC sewer. The treated effluent @ 27 KLD will be reused for flushing purpose, 2 KLD will be utilized in green areas and rest @ 36 KLD will be discharged into MC sewer, which is within the limits as per permission granted by the MC Kurali. Therefore, no revised permission is required.
It is further submitted that the MC sewer is available near the boundary of the project as observed during the visit.
