Recommended to grant short term consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 for three months with suitable conditions and an additional conditions that:
1. The consent is being granted subject to the decision of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal in the appeal cases filed by the CETPs of 50 MLD, 40MLD and 15 MLD or in the Original Applications filed against the said CETPs.
2. The industry shall get its stack emission sampling carried out from the Board's Lab within one month.
