In continuation of the earlier note, it is submitted that the undersigned has spoken telephonically with Sh. Radhe Shyam, Chief Chemist of the unit (Mobile No. 8887972290), and the unit has been guided regarding the requirement of deposition of the requisite consent fee, in addition to the penalty amount already deposited.
However, since only the penalty amount has been deposited and the requisite consent fee has still not been deposited, the fee for processing the present application remains inadequate.
In view of the above, the present application may be returned, and the unit may be advised to apply afresh after depositing the requisite consent fee, as per rules |
