Sir, it is submitted that Industry has initiated the process of obtaining adequacy certificate from PSCST, Chandigarh. It is therefore recommended that the Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 30.09.2026 with special condition that: 1.0 The industry will adhere to the PPCB Office Memorandum 450 dated 08.10.2025 and conditions therein. 2.0 The industry will provide adequacy certificate from PSCST, Chandigarh for primary emission control system within two months period |
