In view of the report/ recommendations given by Regional Office, may if approved, Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of a commercial colony having commercial Plots @ 144 numbers may be granted to the Project Proponent for 03 years with suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO, please.

P.S. - cost of the project as mentioned by the applicant in the application form is Rs. 9.81 Cr.
