Please find enclosed herewith copy of show cause notice refusal of the consents to operate applied under the provisions of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Show Cause Notice for revocation of Consent to Operate already obtained under the Water Act, 1974 issued to the unit alongwith the opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 20.01.2026 at 11:00 AM.
It is requested to ensure service of the notice upon the project proponent through special messenger, obtain proper acknowledgment of receipt, and forward the same to this office. The Regional Office shall also ensure the presence of the unit during the hearing and any failure in service of notice or non-attendance of the unit on the plea of non-receipt, and any consequential challenge to the Board’s action, shall be the sole responsibility of the Regional Office. |
