Please find enclosed herewith copy of show cause notice refusal of consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued to the unit alongwith the opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 20.01.2026 at 11:00 AM.
It is requested to ensure service of the notice upon the project proponent through special messenger, obtain proper acknowledgment of receipt, and forward the same to this office. The Regional Office shall also ensure the presence of the unit during the hearing and any failure in service of notice or non-attendance of the unit on the plea of non-receipt, and any consequential challenge to the Board’s action, shall be the sole responsibility of the Regional Office. |
