Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that extension in validity of ‘Consent to Establish’/NOC from Pollution angle be granted to the Project Proponent for establishment of commercial colony under the name of “SBP Housing Private Limited” in an area of 3.14375 Acres (25 Kanals 3 Marlas) in the revenue estate of village Birmi, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana, subject to suitable conditions along with following special conditions: 1) The project proponent shall comply with the conditions of environmental clearance under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 from SEIAA, Punjab vide no. SIA/PB/INFRA2/449792/2023 dated 26.12.2023. 2) The project proponent shall install Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 125 KLD based on MBBR Technology followed by UF for treatment of wastewater, in compliance to the EC granted to it. 3) The project proponent shall develop its project strictly in accordance with the layout/ building plan approved by the competent authority vide no. 1620 STP(L)/LA -23 dated 08.11.2023. In case, there is variation in built-up area/green area/ any other details in layout plan approved by the competent authority (if at any stage), then the project proponent shall obtain fresh Consent to Establish from the Board Competency:- Worthy Chairperson of the Board |
