The industry has applied only for washing of cloths, installed ETP ,RO and Evaporator and located in industrial Zone as per master plan Ludhiana....It is therefore recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry 1981 upto 30/06/2027 for Washing of Clothes @ 600 MT/year along with discharge of trade effluent @ 5 KLD & domestic effluent @ 0.3 KLD (To be reused after treatment through ETP and RO and RO reject to Evaporator) Competency: SEE |
