With regard to special condition no. 5 proposed i.e. "5) The project shall be bound to provide green belt towards the air polluting industries (M/s AV Industry) falling within the 100 mtr of the site as per notification no. 3/6/07-STE (4)/2274 dated 25.07.2008 as amended vide no. 3/6/07-STE (4)/3770 on 30.10.2009."; it is brought out that the RO has mentioned in its note that there exists "one industry i.e. AV Forging within the 100 mtr limit of the project, which is engaged in zinc plating, which is air polluting nature." and that "the project falls in the industrial mix land use within the limits of MC Derabassi. As per Master Plan of the Derabassi, residential projects are allowable in industrial mix land use." Accordingly, the RO had also proposed in its note for imposition of said condition to the project proponent in line with the notification no. 3/6/07-STE (4)/2274 dated 25.07.2008 as amended vide no. 3/6/07-STE (4)/3770 on 30.10.2009.
