While scrutinizing, the case it was observed that the industry has not submitted the fee for consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. Hence, you are requested to submit the fee and submit the reply of clarification raised within 03 days.
However,the unit has not submiited the reply of the clarification raised within the stipulated time period. Therefore , application is returned back with the request to resubmit back along with complete Consent fee and requisite details.
