The industry has submitted an undertaking:-
“1. We will submit feasibility and adequacy of Air Pollution Control Device (APCD) for secondary emissions as per the guidelines of the Board before the submission of consent to operate application.
2. To obtain NOC from MCL for disposal of domestic effluent generated by the industry into sewer after passing through septic tank it is mandatory to assign UID of the Building. Yet the building has not constructed. boundary wall work is in progress. Hence at this stage UID cannot be allotted by MCL. Therefore, we will Submit sewer connection proof after the assigning of UID/ or with the consent to operate application.”
It is submitted for consideration of competent authority.
