The report submitted by the regional office may kindly be perused , the unit is complying with the decisions of personal hearing and complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2030 with the usual conditions as per the policy of the Board.
