As disussed, RO has reported that the industry has submitted in their office that it has paid advance payment of 10% i.e. 0.65 lacs for secondary emission control system (Dog house emission containment system). And has also submitted as PERT chart in this office for that installation of system. Further mentioned that The industry has submitted that there is increase in gross assets and plant & machinery due to addition of machinery and components like motors transforms, induction furnace parts, dust collector for shot blast, crane parts, spectrometer, VCB machine, various pumps, mixture machine and D.G. set…………….
In view of the above, the industry has complied with the observations raised. …………
Keeping in view of above it is recommended that varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2030 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special as under:
1. The industry shall get emission samples analyzed from Board’s Lab within one month………
2. The industry shall adhere to the timelines of PERT Chart submitted and shall complete the installation of secondary emission arrest system on the induction furnaces by 30.09.2026……………
