The industry was given pesonal hearing before Chairperson of the Board on 9.1.2026 wherein it was decided that :-
1. The industry shall operate its STP properly and efficiently to achieve the prescribed standards of the Board.
2. The industry shall be granted Consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 for three months.
3. The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Jalandhar shall verify the contention of the industry and collect afresh effluent samples from the outlet of its STP and shall submit detailed report alongwith its recommendations in the matter within one month.
May if approved, decision no (2) consent be granted for 3 months, the draft proceeding of personal hearing before Chairperson of the Board on 9.1.2026 has been prepared. and submitted for perusal and approval, please. |
