The draft proceeding of personal hearing before Chairperson of the Board on 9.1.2026 has been prepared and submitted for perusal and approval of Competent Authority.
In the personal hearing before Chairperson of the Board on 9.1.2026 it was decided that :-
“The Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 of the STP Pholriwal 100 MLD, STP Pholriwal 25 MLD unit-1, STP Bambianwal 10 MLD, be granted upto 30.06.2026.”
May if approved, as per decision above the consent be granted to subject cited STP 30.6.2026 with suitable conditions, please.
