The draft proceeding of personal hearing before Chairperson of the Board on 9.1.2026 has been prepared and submitted for perusal and approval of Competent Authority.
In the personal hearing before Chairperson of the Board on 9.1.2026 it was decided that :-
“The Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 of the STP basti peer daad 50 MLD & STP Pholriwal 25 MLD unit-II be refused.
May if approved, as per decision above the consent be refused to subject cited STP, please.
