It is submitted that the industry is a small scale red category unit and has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with requisite documents.
The industry was visited by officer of the Board on 31.12.2025 and found it complying. The industry has submitted building plan prepared by Sh. Lokinder Bansal approved Architect from Director of Factories, Punjab. Site suitability The site of the industry falls in Industrial Area-C as per khasra no’s mentioned in the gazette notification.
In view of above, may if approved 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31/03/2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. (Competency – Senior Environmental Engineer )
