As per the Master Plan report, village dandrala is now located within the limits of MC Derabassi. As such, the industry is required to submit land use classification/continuity certificate/permission under section 79 from the Department of Town & Country Planning, so as to adjudge the suitability of site to continue operations at the site. 2. The project proponent has not deposited the penalty for non-consented periods. The project is required to submit the remaining fee and clear calculation of the fee on the basis of which the fee is paid. Kindly clarify within 03 days. |
