On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 09.01.2026 with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the previous Consent to operate obtained by it. 2. The project proponent has not submitted copy of Environmental Clearance obtained by it. 3. The project proponent has not submitted copy of bank guarantee imposed by the Chairperson of the Board.
No reply received from the project till date. Hence, the application of the project is returned. |
