After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that DTP has raised point that land area of site is not adequate i.e 0.3 acre against the required land area@0.5 acre as per amended Zoning regulation dated 24.9.2021. However, the construction has already been completed by the industry at site . Therefore, the CLU and building plan of such project is required to be approved from the competent authority under compounding policy.
Therefore, the case could not be processed at this stage.
If approved, it is recommended that SCN for refusal of CTE be issued to the unit with an opportunity of hearing before SEE,Please.
