The report submitted by the regional office may kindly be perused , Based on report It is briefly submitted that during the inspection of the industry conducted on 19.12.2025 by Board officers it was observed partial bypassing of the DAFF unit, non-operation of UASB–II and STP, ineffective functioning of the pre-anoxic tank, visible suspended solids in treatment units, and dry disposal karnals despite claimed discharge of 230–250 KL/day treated effluent, indicating irregular ETP operation or illegal disposal. As per RO report the treated STP water was found mixing with fresh water supply, records of ETP operation were appeared fabricated, and the industry failed to justify effluent disposal. Although analysis reports show that ETP outlet parameters and air emissions are within prescribed limits and STP Ph and O&G comply with standards but TSS and BOD in STP outlet exceed the prescribed limits. Also the industry has failed to submit the B.G , May if approved , the industry be issued SCN for refusal of Consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 with an opportunity of personal hearing before the worthy Chairperson of the Board . |
