The point wise reply of observations raised are as follow:
1. The industry has clarified that the electricity connection issued on the name of the Om pati (Owner of industry) (electricity bill attached) and the registry is also attached that the land belongs to Om pati (owner of industry) (registry attached).
2. The industry has clarified that the DTP certificate issued vide letter no. 3038/DTP (L)/M2A dated 19.11.2025 contains only the Hadbast number, land area and owner’s name, as per the standard format followed by the DTP office. A copy of the land registry, which was submitted for obtaining the said certificate, has also been attached by the industry.
