Sir, kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Bars Flat @ 18 T/Hour and ERW Pipes @ 480 MTD by using Billet/Ingot @ 20 TPH and Flat Bar @ 491 MTD as raw material may be renewed for a short term i.e. upto 30.06.2026 subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
