The project proponent has applied for obtaining CTE(extension) of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for establishment of residential project namely "F Tower" in an area of 3.14375 Acres (25 Kanals 3 Marlas) in the revenue estate of village Birmi, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana with requisite documents and adequate CTE fee as verified by the Board………………….
Earlier the project proponent obtained CTE from PBIP on 18.12.2023 having validity upto 16.11.2024 and the extension of CTE from PBIP on 14.11.2024 which had expired on 16.11.2025………………………..
The project proponent has also obtained EC from SEIAA, Punjab vide no. EC24B038PB175966 dated 22.02.2024 (copy attached)……………………..
The project proponent has proposed to install STP of 125 KLD treatment capacity based on MBBR technology out which wastewater of 32 KLD s proposed to be reutilised for flushing, 07 KLD for horticulture (1355 sqm) and 37 KLD for Karnal Technology (2000 sqm)……………………….
As recommended by RO, may if approved CTE (extension) may be granted to the project proponent for one year for establishment of project namely “F Tower” in an area of 3.14375 Acres (25 Kanals 3 Marlas) in the revenue estate of village Birmi, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana, with suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by RO, please.
