| Clarification Note: | Sir, The application has been scrutinised. It is submitted that the unit has already been visited by the undersigned along with Er. Tarundeep Singh, AEE, as reported in the above note. In view of the above, during scrutiny of the present application, the following deficiencies / observations have been noticed: 1. STP feasibility report / detailed wastewater treatment and disposal plan has not been submitted. 2. Latest CA certificate regarding un-depreciated value of fixed assets has not been uploaded. 3. Proof of date of commissioning of the unit has not been submitted. 4. Partnership deed / Memorandum of Association / Proprietorship certificate, as applicable, has not been submitted. 5. Land ownership documents for the premises on which the unit is operating have not been submitted. 6. The present CTO application covers operation of 20 rooms and 02 banquet halls only, whereas during the visit the unit was found operational with 30 rooms, 02 banquet halls, one restaurant and a separate bar area, which is beyond the scope of the present application. The applicant may submit clarification/reply along with requisite documents on the above-said observations within two (02) days, failing which the present application may be returned. Further action, if any, based on the observations recorded during the visit shall be taken separately as per rules. |
