It is submitted that the clarification was raised on the application which is reproduced as under:-
During scrutiny of the case, the following points have been observed: 1. The industry submitted a Chartered Accountant (CA) certificate dated 31.03.2021 showing fixed assets worth ₹1207.12 crore. As per the latest CA certificate dated 31.03.2025, the fixed assets are ₹1479.43 crore. Thus, there is an increase of ₹272.31 crore. Accordingly, the industry is required to deposit the applicable NOC fee on the increased assets, amounting to ₹2,82,000/-. 2. The industry has not submitted details/documents explaining the increase in fixed assets of ₹272.31 crore. Clarify within 02 days.
Further, the industry has attended the clarification by submitting details of the increased assets and required NOC fees against the increased assets. But, the NOC is not verified/linked with the application form.
Therefore, the application is hereby returned with a request to resubmit it after verifying/linking NOC fees with the application form.
