As per the representative of the industry, the auto renewal and renewal option are not available on the portal of the industry, so the industry has applied fresh application. There is no change in the process as well as production and it may be allowed to obtain consent and it has submitted all the necessary documents for obtaining the 'Consent to Operate'.
It is therefore recommended that Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 10.09.2026 (as the industry falls in mixed land use area and it is permitted by Deptt. of Housing & Urban Development vide letter no. 08/05/2023-4HI/2208 dated 06.10.2023 to run the existing industries till 10.09.2026) with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.
