It is submitted that the the compliance has been verified on site by the officer of the board on 12.01.2026. In view, it is recommended the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special conditions that:- 1. The industry will be only disposing its trade effluent to CETP operator. 2. The industry will submit the record on monthly basis to Board. 3. The industry shall ensure that the lifting shall be made at least 2-3 times in a month. |
