| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:-
1. As per application form, the HCF is generating effluent @ 27.2 KLD, however, as per previously granted authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016, the HCF has installed ETP-cum-STP of capacity 15 KLD, which is of in-adequate capacity.
2. The HCF has submitted record of bio-medical waste of another hospital.
3. The HCF has not deposited any Consent fee along with application form.
4. The HCF has not submitted building plans/site plan/location plan.
Please submit the reply of the above said observations within 2 days.
