It is submitted that the industry has applied for discharge of 100 KLD (trade effluent @ 98.0 KLD, Domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD, SOFTNER
REGENERATIOn @ 1.0 KLD and BOILER BLOWDOWN @ 0.5 KLD) into PDA sewer. The industry has submitted DEMAT certificate of 200 KLD shares, which is adequate no. of shares for discharge. The pointwise compliance of special condition of the previous CTO are attached below.
In view of above, it is recommended that: - 1. The electric connection of the industry may be restored temporary for further three months. 2. The Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to industry for short terms i.e. upto 05.03.026 for manufacturing of DYED
POLYESTER CLOTH @ 5 TPD and DYED PC COTTON CLOTH @ 2 TPD for discharge of 100 KLD (trade effluent @ 98.0 KLD, Domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD, SOFTNER REGENERATION @ 1.0 KLD and BOILER BLOWDOWN @ 0.5 KLD) into PDA sewer with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that:- The industry shall obtain necessary permissions for the abstraction of ground water from PWRDA/CGWA. |
