It is submitted that the industry has submitted written reply to SCN issued by the competent authority. The industry has permanently closed the washroom in the work area and the compliance has been physically verified by the officer of the board on 12.01.2026. The industry has installed CCTV cameras at the required points. The compliance report of SOPs made for such type units is attached as PDF.
In view, it is recommended that:-
1. The electricity connection of the industry be permanently restored.
2. The consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2030 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special conditions that:-
1. The industry will make agreement with HCL recovery unit within one month and only disposing its trade effluent to the recovery unit.
2. The industry will submit the record on monthly basis to Board.
3. The industry shall ensure that the lifting shall be made at least 2-3 times in a month. |
