It is submitted that the project proponent was directed to submit a bank guarantee as an assurance to extend the validity of CTE, construct & commission STP and to develop adequate plantation area for discharge of treated sewage.
Now, the project proponent has applied for obtaining Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 after installation of STP and after developing adequate plantation area for the discharge of treated sewage.
As such, there is no need to submit renewal of bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 75,000/-.
