| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and observed that:
1. The industry has submitted the C.A certificate in which value of plant & machinery is Rs. 11,87,44,987/- as on 30.09.2025 whereas with the previous application they submitted the C.A certificate in which value of plant & machinery is Rs. 11,79,02,000/- as on 30.06.2024( with the last granted applications). The unit is required to submit the detail of this increase and amend application form if any.
2. The Industry has required to submit adequate consent fee with the application.
3. Also the unit was visited by officers of this office and it was observed that the hotel has also installed ETP within the premises alongwith STP. However, applicant has not mentioned any detail/ document/ feasibility report of the same in its application.
Keeping in view of above, if approved case may be returned and applicant may be requested to re-apply after clarifying the above and mentioning all the requisite details duly in consonance with Environmental Laws.
